About Us

The Arizona Emergency Services Group, or AESG, is the public service arm of the Arizona GMRS Repeater Club, a non-profit corporation. The AESG promotes emergency preparedness for all.  We provide free training courses for members and the public in emergency communications and several other subjects.

Members include those who are licensed General Mobile Radio Service (GMRS) operators, as well as many who are ham radio operators, former 911 operators, police officers or fire fighters. For those who are not a radio operator or trained in public safety, that’s ok.  We can provide training.

Our group also cooperates with other organizations, like CERT and emergency management.  We also support other public service organizations with communications.
